EmpoweringSA Community Services will assist you to understand and implement the funded supports in your NDIS plan. By helping you build your skills, we can support you to make more informed choices about your funding.
NDIS Practice Standards
EmpoweringSA Community Services is a registered as a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider (Registration ID 4-GMRCY5C) and benchmarked to the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators. These define your rights and our responsibilities to deliver appropriate supports and services to you.

NDIS Commission Registration
EmpoweringSA Community Services must meet a number of requirements to maintain our registration with the NDIS Commission. As a registered NDIS Provider, we must:
- comply with the conditions of registration stated on our certification of registration
- demonstrate compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards for our relevant registration groups (which are determined by the types of services and supports we deliver), including through a quality audit
- comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct and support employees to meet its requirements
- have an in-house complaints management and resolution system to record and manage any complaints we receive, and support NDIS participants or other relevant concerned parties to make a complaint
- have an in-house incident management system, and notify the NDIS Commission should a reportable incident occur
- fulfil worker screening requirements and ensure all workers have been screened
- if applicable, meet the behaviour support requirements, including reporting the use of restrictive practices to the NDIS Commission
